Is this the “salon experience” you had planned?
Remember back in hair school, when you were planning the type of salon or barbershop career you wanted ...
Is this it?
I'm asking you this, because for most of my clients...it's NOT.
They are running their hair salons and barber shops, but it's not anywhere near what they were hoping for.
They are overworked and underpaid...
constantly chasing more and more clients.
Trading time for money, without ANY ability to scale.
They are trapped at their “current income” and there's simply no way out.
And... the only way to increase their monthly income is to work even more.
And standing on your feet for 8, 10 and for some even 12 hours is already "too much”.
For some…it feels like there’s a ceiling on their income.
For others, when the salon is not fully booked, they have bigger problems.
Such as paying the mortgage, car payments, schooling, bills, etc...
Either way they feel like their backs are up against the wall.
For most of them, that's the reality and there's no way out.
And when I talk to hairstylists, barbers and salon owners,
they all say the same thing:
